An IVF and surrogacy agency, previously focused on serving a Chinese audience, approached us with the task of expanding into the American and European markets and creating a brand from scratch. Our shared goal is to help people, and we are excited about the opportunity for successful collaboration and leveraging our precious experience.

Goals:

Our task was to create and launch a startup from scratch for a client who had already established their business processes but lacked an online presence. They approached us with a request to develop a multi-page website featuring a unique design and an intuitive user journey.

Approach:

We conducted a comprehensive market analysis, devised a compelling brand strategy, and identified our standout features. Next, we built a website based on the approved UX and UI design, implemented analytics, and launched an advertising test. Furthermore, we seamlessly integrated CRM automation to streamline initial lead interactions.

Results:

After successfully completing the website and receiving our first orders, we are now focused on optimizing the processes. Our team is dedicated to refining the sales funnel, streamlining operations, and enhancing overall efficiency.

Challenges

Market research posed the biggest challenge for us. We encountered numerous outdated designs from industry giants, as well as promising newcomers that lacked credibility. Given the competitive nature of the field, our experienced marketers played a vital role in formulating the right marketing strategy.

Lessons

1. Running ads simultaneously on Facebook for international surrogacy and a COVID-19 masks shop from a single ad account is not advisable.

2. To avoid any embarrassment in front of customers, it is crucial to collaborate solely with the top partners in the market.
