E-Commerce For Ukrainian Pat Garments Brand

This brand was already famous enough in Ukraine when requesting our help. The new goal was to expand internationally. We chose Shopify for developing the online store because it helps streamline cross-platform marketing campaigns and has a high level of trust in the targeted market.

Goals:

Our task was to develop a go-to-market strategy for the brand, launch an online store, and execute a multi-channel advertising campaign.

Approach:

We have created a new brand identity and designed and developed a custom online store on Shopify. An important consideration was that the client's team does not have developers, so the shop had to be easily manageable. To address this need, we have provided a comprehensive tutorial on how to use the new system.

Results:

Notwithstanding the full-scale war that russia brought to our country, we have remained strong and reliable, fulfilling all our duties and delivering a finished web store. Now, Bark&Go has a new face and a powerful tool to sell products worldwide.

Challenges

The biggest challenge for our team, mostly located in Ukraine, was the russian invasion. Our designers and developers had to work from bomb shelters to ensure their safety. This difficult period for the Ukrainian people showcased our resilience and determination as we fight for truth and freedom.

Lessons

1. Using freelancers can be risky in ongoing projects.

2. When people unite, they can achieve miracles.

3. Maintaining honesty and openness with our clients brings joy to our team's work and life.
